We want to include our customer in our journey towards improving and delivering on our human rights commitment. Simultaneously we want to enable our customers in making more informed decisions when purchasing new – or caring for – existing items. See for instance our garment care guide.

Customer´s have a right to take informed decisions. In order to do so, we strive to be transparent, honest, and accurate in both our online and offline communication. This includes presenting all available information about materials and production processes on our own website as well as on the actual products. In addition, hummel currently reports on ESG related progress to our annual Thornico´s Karma report
