We occasionally amend these Terms. Every time you wish to order products, please check these Terms to ensure you understand the terms which will apply at that time. These Terms were most recently updated on June 2020.

1. ORDERING AND PAYMENT
To make a purchase at hummel.pl, you must be 18 years of age with a valid payment card that we accept. If you are under 18, you can make a purchase with your guardian's agreement, or if you have the legal right to make the purchase.
 
2. How to make purchases at hummel.dk (private customers only)
Select the goods you wish to purchase and place them in the” shopping basket”. It is possible to revise the contents of the shopping basket up to the actual time of ordering and to continuously check the contents and the price of the goods. Any shipping costs will be shown in the shopping basket.
Any extra payments for shipping, for example, will be calculated when you are ready to pay.
When you are ready to order, click on the basket icon,” Go to checkout” or” Go to basket”. On the ordering page, enter your name, address, delivery address (if different), e-mail and phone number, and choose your preferred method of payment.
The contents of the shopping basket can be changed until your purchase is confirmed by pressing the ”Confirm and pay” button. Payment is made in an encrypted and secure payment window.

A copy of the order will be sent by e-mail once the order has been submitted.

3. RECEIPT FOR ORDER RECEIVED AND CONFIRMATION OF ORDER
Once you have placed your order with us, you will receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right not to supply items which are sold out and make reservations for system and pricing errors. A binding purchase agreement is only entered when you have received an invoice from us confirming your purchase. 
 
4. DELIVERY 
Who delivers your parcel?
Orders are sent by DHL to the address you provide. The telephone number provided is used to inform you about the delivery by text message. If you are not at home when DHL arrives with the package, it will be delivered to the nearest courier and they will be responsible for notification.
 
What does delivery cost?
For purchases below PLN 250, the cost of delivery is PLN 20. For purchases worth PLN 250 or more, the package will be delivered free of charge.
 
How long does it take? 
The expected delivery time is 3-4 business days. During campaigns such as sales, longer delivery times may occur in rare cases.
 
An email invoice will be sent to you with a Track & Trace number the same day the order was sent.
Remember to check your spam / unwanted mail folder if the email does not arrive as expected. 
 
5. RETURNS
Shopping on hummel.pl entitles buyers to 30 days right of cancellation.
The right of cancellation starts on the day the article is received. If the time-limit expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, the time-limit will be extended until the following weekday. In the case of multiple different items ordered as one order but delivered individually, or one item delivered in several batches, the period will start from receipt of the last item or batch.
You must notify us in writing that you wish to return your purchase before the expiry of the return period. The message must be given to hummel at bok@hummelsport.pl.
 
Alternatively, you can choose to return your goods within the cancellation deadline.
 
5.1 Goods exempt from the right of return
There is no right of return for goods that are manufactured to the customer's specifications or have a distinct personal touch. It includes, but is not limited to, clothing, shoes and items that are printed or embroidered on the customer's request. This is clearly described next to the description of the goods where this applies.
 
You will lose your right of return if you break the seal on items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reason
 
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
Anyone changing their mind about a purchase and wishing to return one or more articles should proceed as follows:
 
1. Use your return label
Please use the return label enclosed in the parcel. If it's missing, please contact our customer service. Please note that returning an item will incur a return fee. If you choose to use the enclosed return label, the return fee will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.
 
2. Prepare the package
Pack the item(s) carefully and enclose the complete return slip. Place the printed label on the parcel. Make sure it is clearly visible and that address, and barcodes are not covered. 
Important! If you have several returns, these should be sent separately as refunds cannot be combined.
 
3. Return your package
Drop of the package at your nearest post office and send it to the address provided on the printed label. Remember to obtain and keep a receipt for delivery of the parcel.
Please note: Once received, the articles may only be handled in such a way as to allow the nature, features and function of such articles to be demonstrated. Among other things, this means that hangtags on clothing must not be removed, and for reasons of hygiene, bathing costumes, underwear garments, socks and stockings must not be tried on.
 
WITHOUT A RETURN LABEL
If you choose not to use the return label we provide, you are responsible for returning your package. In this case hummel will be unable to track your return.

Please include your name, address, and order number on the return package as the sender information.
Please note we do not accept parcels sent as cash on delivery.
 
EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange your return for other products. However, you can return your order, and we will refund your purchase, so you can make a new order on hummel.dk.
 
Goods bought on sale or with a discount code can only be purchased at the same price if the sale price is still valid in the online store.
 
Sales: If the price of the product you ordered is reduced in the sale within 24 hours of placing your order, we will refund you the difference. Simply contact our customer services with your order number provided.
 
6. REFUNDS
Once your return has been registered in our warehouse, we will process your return and refund your money as quickly as possible. The refunded amount will always be transferred to the same payment card used for the purchase. You will receive an email as soon as your return has been processed.

Please note it can take up to 14 days from the time we receive your package until your money is refunded to your account.
Please note: Once received, the articles may only be handled in such a way as to allow the nature, features and function of such articles to be demonstrated. Among other things, this means that hangtags on clothing must not be removed, and for reasons of hygiene, bathing costumes, underwear garments, socks and stockings must not be tried on.
 
PLEASE NOTE:
The purchase amount may be forfeited in part or in full. This happens if the article has been devalued because:
- The item has actually been worn or used
- The item bears signs of external smells such as perfume, aftershave, smoke or shows other signs of use/wear
- The item has been damaged while in your care
- The item has been handled in some way other than was necessary to establish the nature and features of the goods and the way they work
- Under the right of cancellation, the restrictions regarding the seal, type of article etc. have not been complied with
- The item seal (hangtag) has been removed.
 
7. COMPLAINTS
Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act including outage regulations. That means that purchasers are entitled to a refund if the complaint is justified and the defect did not arise because of incorrect use of the product or due to some other detrimental behavior.
 
Complaints must be made within a ”reasonable period” of having discovered the defect or flaw in the item. Customers are recommended to complain as quickly as possible.
 
Complaints can be lodged by contacting us by e-mail on bok@hummelsport.pl. When you make a complaint, please provide as much detail as possible about the issue and attach your invoice.
Further instructions will be received depending on the situation in question.
 
Remember the goods must always be sent in suitable packaging, and you must always get a receipt for shipment. In other words, you are personally responsible for the goods until we receive them. Therefore, keep your postage receipt, including Track & Trace number.

Please note: We do not accept parcels sent as cash on delivery, or similar. 
 
7.1. COLOURS
Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your products may vary slightly from those images.
 
8. PERSONAL DATA
In order to be able to shop on hummel.net, the following details must be provided as a minimum:

Address
E-mail address
Mobile number
 
The above data will be kept together with information about the goods purchased by you for five years from the end of the financial year to which the data pertain, cf. Section 10 of the Danish Bookkeeping Act, after which time such information will be deleted.
 
If a log-in has been created to be able to use self-service with us, your personal information and order details will not be deleted unless requested so by you.
 
Information will not be disclosed or sold to a third party unless this is done as part of restructuring or the whole or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure in such a situation will take place in accordance with the personal data legislation in force from time to time.
 
As a customer you have the option of accessing the data recorded about yourself as well as objecting to registered information in accordance with the relevant rules in the Danish Act on the Processing of Personal Data; any enquiries in this respect should be directed to bok@hummelsport.pl.
 
9. COOKIES
Use of hummel.pl implies acceptance of our use of cookies. A cookie is a small data file which we place on your computer to allow us to monitor what is happening during your visit and to recognize the computer. A cookie is not a program and does not contain a virus.
